W odpowiedzi do Prawdziwy rosol. Completely uneeccesary response. There is no one recipe for this soup but local, regiona and family variations. Best of all. Add some experimentation. Like OMG what would happen if you added turmeric to it, or put a bit of lemon in. The world would end? No, you’d get a cool potentially delish new variation on a traditional recipe. The wonder of food is in the many variations and ways you mix it, so take a power chill and maybe next Sunday try his recipe. Who knows. You may even like it more than your family recipe.

That’s not the real recipe… We make it every Sunday in Poland and your definitely adding stuff you don’t need …. It’s 1 whole chicken, some beef if you want, 1-3 carrots , 1 celery root, 1 blackened onion, 1/2 or 1/3 Savoy cabbage , little salt …. Never mushrooms and parsley at the end when you serve it…. Also never let out bubble and never stir it… As foam comes up to the top you gather it and throw it away for the broth is clear…. When it’s done cooking you remove everything from the pot … You can serve it with the meat pieces and carrots with noodles but you put those directly in the bowl your serving it in … You never put any of that stuff back in the pot …. Your welcome!
